Maintain your bag by storing it inside its dust bag and do not over-fill so it can conserve its original shape.
Avoid excessive contact with water, oils, perfumes or cosmetics. If your item gets wet, remove excess moisture by dabbing with a soft cloth and let dry at room temperature.
If dust or light dirt is evident, clean with a soft cloth and warm water. For embossed, foiled or textured surfaces, avoid cleaning, scratching or rubbing the area. Take care to avoid the metal parts too.
Keep the metal tag away from chemicals, perfumes, and oils as contact with these materials and / or excessive rubbing against other surfaces may cause your product to be damaged or affect the color of the personalization.

Personalization by adding foil to leather or engraving on metal charms/tags is applied individually on each item and may contain minor imperfections by nature of this artisanal process.
