All products that involve customization cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. For all other products, if your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it by contacting our customer service team. If your order has already shipped, and you refuse to receive the delivery or do not respond to the courier, the order may be returned at our discretion. In such cases, a refund may or may not be processed. Please note if a refund is issued, shipping cost of AED 25 and bank charges will not be refunded for all processed orders (even if free shipping is offered).
