This product is made from organza material and our personalization is done individually on each item which is unique and therefore may have slight imperfections.
To clean your metal tag use a microfiber cloth and keep it away from chemicals, perfumes, and oils as contact with these materials and / or excessive rubbing against other surfaces may cause your product to be damaged or affect the color of the personalization.
We offer standard FREE shipping within the United Arab Emirates, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days. Delivery time may be longer for remote areas or if the provided address is incomplete. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location and order size.

All products that involve customization cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. For all other products, if your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it by contacting our customer service team. If your order has already shipped, and you refuse to receive the delivery or do not respond to the courier, the order may be returned at our discretion. In such cases, a refund may or may not be processed. Please note if a refund is issued, shipping cost of AED 25 and bank charges will not be refunded for all processed orders (even if free shipping is offered).
