Avoid excessive contact with water, oils, perfumes or cosmetics. If your item gets wet, remove excess moisture by dabbing with a soft cloth and let dry at room temperature.
If dust or light dirt is evident, clean with a soft cloth and warm water. For embossed, foiled or textured surfaces, avoid cleaning, scratching or rubbing the area. Take care to avoid the metal parts too.

For vegan leather, suede and exotic leather products, variations in tone, marks or grains are natural features that should not be considered imperfections. Imperfections in the fabric and canvas products are part of their nature.
Personalization by adding foil to leather or engraving on metal charms/tags is applied individually on each item and may contain minor imperfections by nature of this artisanal process.
